Expand Church Leadership Program
Expanding the Leadership Training Program will produce more effective and productive youth and adult leaders.
Goal: To provide extensive leadership training to youth and adults of all ages who will be able to head the church’s various departments.
Narrative: A working Board of Christian Education will be established that will plan, promote, and implement the church education and leadership training programs. The Leadership School, will be expanded to meet training needs, including home study. Implementation of a fully certified seminary program is the goal. The congregation will maintain its national accreditation by sending more representatives to State and National Christian Education conferences.
Resources Needed: Dean, leadership training instructors, associate ministers.
Resource Development: Most of the staff needed will be pulled from the congregation. An in depth flow chart and duty assignment should be developed by the Christian Education Department. An instructor for the physically challenged may need to be hired. Leaders for the program will participate in ongoing training programs.

2000 Appoint Board of Christian Education, insure accreditation
for school
2001 Conduct workshops for advance training.
2003 Seminary program developed and implemented
2004 Develop home study program
