Expand Media Minstry

Expand the church’s media ministry to include television, radio and tape ministries.

   Goal: To initiate a full media ministry that uses all available media methods.

   Narrative: The congregation will expand its present media ministry to a full professional level. It will upgrade its equipment, train its staff and provide a full ministry that will involve television, radio, internet streaming, satellite transmissions and other means of broadcast media. This will involve recruitment of student trainees, scholarships and other assistances that will make this possible.
 
   Resources Needed: Pastor, Media Ministry Committee, Leadership School

   Resource Development. Classes will be hosted by the leadership school, as well as workshops promoted for the advance training of media ministry staff..

   Implementation Goal: 2015

    2000, Appointment of media committee, upgrade equipment
    2003, Begin revamped programing, expanded media presence, scholarships
    2005, Begin radio broadcasts on a regular basis.
    2007, Upgrade equipment
    2010, Implemented Goal
 
    Implementation Time Frame: 16 years, beginning January 2000

    Estimated Costs to Accomplish Objective: $100,000 for purchase of equipment and training of staff over 16 years. . About  $10,000 in to train staff through attendance at professional level training workshops, schools and seminars.
